  Hi there! My name is Kalup & I discovered my love for creativity at a very young age. My mom would lug my sister and I to her choir rehearsals & while faced with boredom, my little mind began tinkering and I developed a love for drawing. Over the years that morphed into a burning passion for the performing arts! I moved to Los Angeles and my first roommate had a Canon Rebel. I watched hours of YouTube videos and tutorials to learn how to use that camera & quickly discovered that an entire story could be told within a single frame…thus my passion for photography began! I really enjoy working with people so most of my work has a human (or animal) subject. I take portraits and also have a liking for visually captivating shots that prompt the viewer to evaluate their own thoughts and perceptions about life.
